Welcome to NILA - Training for Plant Service Technicians

Here you will learn how plants are used to create a healthy indoor environment and how to best care for them for our customers' benefit.

The training is divided into three parts. Each part contains information that is important for your job as a plant technician.

Each part includes several knowledge tests. These tests make sure you have learned all the information in each part.

At the end of part three, there will be a final exam. To pass the exam, you must answer a certain number of questions correctly. When you pass the test, you will receive a certificate and the right to call yourself a certified plant technician.
